1.BASEMENT:
Band reinforced monolithic concrete basement with a polystyrene insulation.

2. OUTER WALLS:
YTONG blocks, 400 mm, or AEROC ECOTERM blocks, 375 mm, reinforced adhesive plaster, decorative plaster, paint.

From the inside – gypsum plaster, equated and prepared for coating of decorative plating. In the garage – aeroc block walls plaster, 200 mm (non-insulated).

3. INNER WALLS:
The first and second floor – aeroc block wall, 100 or 200 mm, gypsum plaster; cement plaster in the bathrooms, showers and toilets;

4. COVERINGS:
Monolithic concrete covering with foam (sound-proof), estrich (concrete clone) floor. The second floor covering – wooden beams, insulation – eco-wool, OSB, plasterboard.

5. ROOF:
Wooden rafter, wooden roof chair, insulation – mineral, eco-wool, condensate film, Lafarge concrete tile (painted – lux). System for the rain water drainage off the roof and into the drainage.

6. BATHROOMS / TOILETS:
All plumbing outputs with no taps, sinks, toilets, etc.

7. FRONT DOOR:
Pine-hardwood, stained, lacquered with selective glass.

8.WINDOWS, BALCONY DOORS:
Pine wood, stained, lacquered with selective glass.

9. FLOORS:
Straighetned and ready for installing decorative plating.

10. WALL FINISH:
Primed, filled, prepared for decorative plating.

11. FENCE:
Concrete pole (1.65 m) and wooden panels (impregnated) with 30% visibility.

12. FENCE GATES:
Pine-hardwood gates (impregnated) with 30% visibility.

13. HEATING:
Gas. Boiler „Thermona” or other boiler, certificated in Europe. Electric heated floors in toilets and bathrooms.

14. POWER AND COMMUNICATIONS:
32 A, with an option to install an electric cooker with a ceramic surface. Lattelekom telephone connection, Internet. Centralized water supply (from a 126 m Gauja level borehole) and a communal sewage (biological purification).

15. THE DRIVEWAY:
Paved path from the entrance gates to garage gates and front door of the house.
