„Laimas iela” is a new private estate village in Babite, which upon its completion will consist of 26 houses, occupying 4.54 ha (over 11 acres). The project is planned to be completed in three stages: the first (construction of the roads, infrastructure and six two-storey mansions of different designs) was started in 2006; the second (10 two-storey mansions) - in Summer 2007, and the third (another 10 mansions) is planned to be started upon the successful sale of the already built houses of the second stage.

The overall area of the available two-storey mansions ranges from 191.3 m˛ to 261.14 m˛. Parcels of land vary from 1127 m˛ to 1916 m˛. Natural materials were used in decoration of the houses. The village is conveniently accessible from both Riga and Jurmala. A school in Imanta, a kindergarten, a health centre, a pharmacy and a few supermarkets are all located within a five minutes drive. The location of the village is very picturesque and is surrounded by many beautiful landscapes, the mansions are sheltered by the pine forest and the linden alley. Open space on the eastern side of the village brings the sunrise straight into your windows.

Shared roads in the village are paved and well lit-up. Six different house designs will be used for future construction in „Laimas iela”.
